Perlentaucher ist mehr als ein Projektentwickler – wir sind eine Lifestyle-Marke , die Architektur, Design und Emotion verbindet.

Wir entwickeln und gestalten Signature Homes auf Mallorca – jedes Haus eine „Perle“ mit eigener Geschichte, eigenem Charakter und Seele.

Neben der Projektentwicklung bauen wir gerade ein starkes Ökosystem auf :

Architecture & Design : Sanierungen & Projektsteuerung für Dritte
Interior & Möbel : Inneneinrichtung
Home Service : Concierge, Instandhaltung & Betreuung
Home Line : Düfte, Kerzen, Accessoires
Events & Show Kitchen : Marke erleben – live, emotional & sinnlich

Du arbeitest direkt mit der Geschäftsführung, trägst Verantwortung, formst Strukturen und gestaltest mit, wie Perlentaucher in Zukunft wahrgenommen wird.

Deine Rolle : Head of Marketing

Du bist das kreative & strategische Herz unserer Marke.

Dein Ziel : Perlentaucher als die Luxus- & Lifestyle-Marke im Immobilienbereich zu positionieren.

Dafür baust du das Marketing-Team auf, professionalisierst Strukturen und bringst neue Energie ins Spiel.

Deine Aufgaben

Brand Strategy : Entwicklung & Ausbau der Markenidentität – emotional, international & digital.

Teamaufbau : Aufbau eines starken, eigenständigen Marketing-Departments (Content, Social, Grafik, Performance).

Content Creation : Entwicklung von hochwertigen Inhalten – von Kampagnen bis Storytelling (Foto, Video, Text).

Social Media & Performance : Ausbau unserer Präsenz auf Instagram, Pinterest & LinkedIn inkl. KPI-Tracking, Funnel & Ads.

PR & Events : Gestaltung von Show-Events, Kooperationen & Lifestyle-Marketing (Fashion, Art, Design, Food).

Schnittstelle Sales : Gemeinsame Lead-Strategien mit dem Vertrieb entwickeln – kreative Wege zu qualifizierten Leads.

Dein Profil

Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Marketing , idealerweise im Luxus-, Immobilien- oder Lifestyle-Segment

Verständnis für Markenaufbau, Content, Social Media & Digitalstrategie

Du denkst kreativ, strukturiert und hast Lust, Dinge wirklich aufzubauen , nicht nur zu verwalten

Sicherer Umgang mit Tools wie Meta Business, Canva / Adobe CC, Mailchimp, CRM-Systemen, Google Ads etc...

Sprachlich stark in Deutsch & Englisch (Spanisch ein Plus)

Hands-on, visionär & bereit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
