  • Job Title : Business Development Representative  (100% Work From Home)

    Location : Remote from Latin America

    Position Type : Full-time

    Salary : Open to negotiation

    Schedule : All times are Eastern Standard Time zone.

    Monday to Friday : 11 AM 8 PM (1-hour lunch break + Paid Rest Break)

    Saturday hours : 9 AM - 3 PM (Rotation)

    Weekday off on Friday when working on Saturday

    Whenever a client needs assistance or business demands require additional hours

    About the position :

    Join our dynamic team as we empower small and medium-sized businesses to scale  and thrive. We specialize in generating leads and driving sales through innovative  marketing strategies. We are looking for a Business Development Representative ( BDR) to identify opportunities, nurture relationships, and grow our client base.

    Responsibilities and Duties :

    1. Prospecting :

    • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn  outreach to identify and qualify potential clients.
    • Research and identify small and medium-sized businesses that align with  Local CEO's offerings.
    • 2. Lead Nu rturing :

    • Develop relationships with prospects by understanding their challenges  and presenting tailored solutions.
    • Follow up on inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns, ensuring  a seamless handoff to the sales team.
    • 3. Pipeline Management :

    • Maintain accurate records of all activities and communications in the CRM  system.
    • Track key metrics such as lead conversion rates and time-to-conversion,  adjusting strategies as needed.
    • 4. Collaboration :

    • Work closely with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with  ongoing campaigns and promotions.
    • Partner with Sales Managers to ensure qualified leads are transitioned  smoothly and effectively.
    • 5. Sales Support :

    • Present Local CEOs services and solutions to prospects, including lead  generation strategies, marketing innovations, and success stories.
    • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the Sales Managers.
    • 6. Continuous Improvement :

    • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to refine
    • outreach strategies.

    • Participate in regular training sessions to improve sales techniques and
    • product knowledge.

      Skills and Qualifications :

    • Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development (4+ years preferred).
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales prospecting tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach.io).
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
    • Tech-savvy and adaptable to new technologies.
    • Experience with cold calling and lead nurturing techniques.

      Must be in ZOOM Meeting at all time when clocked IN
