Pues así es Sofinco, la nueva financiera responsable y transparente.Sofinco es la entidad en España que pertenece al Grupo Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility, líder europeo en crédito al consumo y nuestros valores son la base de cómo hacemos las cosas : Innovación, Espíritu de Equipo, Cercanía y Compromiso. ¡Por ello y por mucho más hemos sido certificados por Great Place to Work en 2025!In coordination with the manager, your main role will be to define credit policies for different products with the aim of achieving profitability and risk control objectives, while also supporting the team's management.Main activities will be : - To manage credit policy for auto / HE / Short channel activities by reviewing, analyzing and doing the follow-up of portfolios quality and risk evolution.- Early risk indicators follow-up and quick reactions to comply with targets- Acceptance metrics follow-up to bring the best support to business by optimizing approval and time to decision- To be ready with monthly preparation of local and group credit committees- Leadership of team encouraging them to comply with high standards being a facilitator more than controller- Communication with other company areas to collaborate and understand business, operative, finance and compliance needs.- Managing credit reporting and credit analytics to improve automatic decision-making- Managing Fraud prevention team to bring anticipation and prevention under any credit type of fraud- Define and implement credit policies and risk acceptance strategies;
  • Lead and developa high-performing credit risk team;
  • Ensure compliance withlocal regulatory requirements in Spain and in the Group CAPFM- Apply analytical techniques and statistical models to support credit decisions;
  • Monitor portfolio performance and adjust credit strategies accordingly;
  • Acceptance metrics follow-up, supporting the business by optimizing approval and time to decision;
  • Profile : - Proven experience in consumer credit within the Spanish market;
  • Deep knowledge of auto, personal, home equipment loans, Revolving;
  • Strong command of analytics and credit risk modeling (e.G., scorecards, PD, LGD);
