About the role

Our rapidly growing company is seeking a SAP Basis Engineer to join our team of professionals. In this role, you will support various SAP environments, working directly with clients and MIGx staff to maintain and support client landscapes.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with third parties to configure, monitor, tune, and troubleshoot the full SAP technical landscape (S / 4HANA, Fiori, SAP PO, SolMan, ADS, Cloud Connector).
  • Coordinate communication among SAP specialists, key users, service providers, and hosting providers in the SAP Basis area.
  • Manage SAP incidents using ServiceNow.

Must-have requirements

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration, including support for upgrades, system refreshes, ALE integration, and transport management.
  • Experience in patching ABAP and NetWeaver systems and installing SAP Notes (manual and via SNOTE).
  • Familiarity with Solution Manager functionalities such as ChaRM, Technical Monitoring, Embedded Search.
  • Practical experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.

    • Nice-to-have requirements

  • Experience working in hybrid or multi-cloud SAP environments (including SAP Cloud Connector).
  • Familiarity with SAP Cloud ALM.
  • Experience with Cloud Connector setup & maintenance.
