Descripción del trabajoFluent in Portuguese. At least 1 year of experience in telesales / telemarketing / customer service campaigns with sales, preferably in outbound calls, in the last 3 years. Goal‑driven mindset with a passion for results. A dynamic and resilient personality. Excellent communication skills and customer focus. Strong sales and negotiation abilities. Adaptability to work under performance targets. Proactive, energetic, and persistent. Competitive base salary with high commissions and additional incentives. Permanent contract. - Contact existing customers with active insurance policies.

- Provide detailed information on warranties, policies, and coverage terms.
- Manage customer databases and handle software tools efficiently.
