We are seeking a seasoned Senior Software Development Lead to spearhead the development of our high-performance platforms serving the iGaming industry.

As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of developers across multiple countries, setting technical direction, and ensuring high standards.

Main Responsibilities :
Lead a team of C# developers in designing, building, and maintaining backend systems using C# / .NET Core / ASP.NET.
Owning and enhancing distributed, scalable services within a Kubernetes environment.
Supporting CI / CD processes, automated testing, and performance monitoring.
Promoting DevOps mindset, clean code principles, and technical excellence.

Requirements :

At least 5 years of experience in C# / .NET software development.

Proven experience leading engineering teams or acting as a senior mentor.

Deep understanding of .NET Core, ASP.NET, SQL, database design.

Solid experience working in a Kubernetes environment.

Familiarity with frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular or React) is a plus.

Strong communication, leadership, and technical mentoring skills.

iGaming Experience is a Must
