The role

As a Graphic Designer at Frontiers, you will play a key role in shaping how our brand is communicated across all channels. Reporting to the Creative Director and working closely with our Digital Marketing team, you will deliver high-quality visual assets, animations, and templates that support our campaigns and reflect our mission.

Key responsibilities :

  • Design compelling marketing communications assets that are brand-compliant and strategically aligned
  • Create engaging motion graphics and animations to enhance dynamic content, as needed
  • Prioritise design support for the Digital Marketing team, balancing multiple projects effectively
  • Contribute creative concepts and problem-solving skills to meet campaign objectives
  • Ensure consistency of visual identity across assets and digital platforms
  • Collaborate with UX / UI and design colleagues to deliver a seamless brand experience
  • Support and reinforce corporate branding standards and best practices
  • Provide design feedback, insights, and recommendations to help evolve our creative output
  • Help mentor junior designers as the team expands
  • Represent the Design team in cross-functional meetings and contribute to stakeholder collaboration
  • Identify opportunities to showcase the value of design across the organisation

About you :

  • Solid experience in graphic design across digital and print formats
  • Competent in motion design and animation tools (e.g. After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and collaborative tools like Figma or similar
  • Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Strong visual storytelling and attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Experience working within brand identity systems
  • Comfortable working in a global, cross-functional team environment
  • Requirements :

  • 2–4 years’ experience in a graphic design role (in-house or at an agency)
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong creativity and technical ability (see Frontiers’ portfolio on Behance)
  • An understanding of digital media trends and a passion for staying up to date with innovations in the industry
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a collaborative approach, and a willingness to learn and grow
