• Position Overview
• : The General Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the Madrid office and warehouse, overseeing the team, and driving business growth. This is a dynamic role that offers a clear career progression as the company expands its footprint across Spain and into other transport modes (air and sea). • Key Responsibilities
• : - Oversee and manage all operational activities of the Madrid office and warehouse.- Lead and supervise the local team, ensuring efficient processes and high standards of service delivery.- Drive the business development strategy to expand operations across Spain, including opening new branches.- Identify opportunities to diversify transport services by adding air and sea freight to the company’s portfolio.- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies in all operational aspects.- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track growth and operational efficiency.- Collaborate with international teams and implement best practices from other markets.
• Qualifications & Experience
