We are seeking a seasoned Client Lead to spearhead client interactions and drive satisfaction through the customer journey map. With a strong background in sales process management, lead generation, and relationship building, this individual will excel in managing client relationships and achieving company goals.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in Salesforce ecosystem, large account management, and project management. They will collaborate with PMs to ensure the evolution and success of projects, identify potential gaps, and propose solutions.
Key responsibilities include :
To succeed in this role, the candidate must have at least 6 years of previous experience in business / technology consulting and a high level of English proficiency. Additional European languages are a plus.
