Job Title : Business Development Director

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to join our European commercial team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading consultative sales processes with major utilities & retail clients.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead high-value sales processes with clients in the utilities and retail sectors.
  • Identify client needs and co-create tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and leadership.
  • Represent the company at industry events across Europe.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need :

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B consultative sales, preferably in SaaS, AI, data, or energy tech.
  • Experience selling into utilities and / or retail enterprises.
  • Frequent travel across Europe.
  • Fluency in English, with Spanish, Italian, or French being an asset.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced international environment.
