Global Relationship Manager

Esade Alumni is seeking a dynamic and strategic Global Relations Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing the global engagement strategy for our alumni network, particularly those residing outside Barcelona and Madrid. Reporting to the Global Relations Director, the successful candidate will lead the coordination of international chapters and clubs, fostering meaningful connections, driving engagement, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction across diverse geographies.

Chapter & Club Management

Manage and monitor chapter budgets, providing guidance on financial planning and addressing deviations.

Represent Esade Alumni in key forums and interest groups to enhance visibility and engagement.

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Communications, Public Relations, or related fields.

~Proficiency in English, Catalan, and Spanish.

Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, or similar tools is a plus.

Versatile and adaptable, with excellent time management.

Permanent contract.

Full-time schedule : 40 hours / week, Monday to Friday.

Hybrid work model with remote work possibilities.

Intensive working hours on Fridays and during holiday periods (Christmas, Easter, summer).

Immediate start.
