LegalTech Manager – Spain (Early-Stage Strategic Role | Collaboration Agreement)

TRATO is a cloud-based legal technology company helping organizations simplify and digitalize the way they manage contracts and compliance. We combine legal expertise and software development to empower companies to operate with greater agility, visibility, and trust in their legal processes.

We are seeking a LegalTech Manager (Spain) to collaborate closely with TRATO's leadership team in shaping the company's local strategy and understanding client needs within the Spanish legal ecosystem.

This initial collaboration will be structured through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) — a flexible arrangement designed to explore synergies, validate market potential, and prepare for a future leadership or advisory role once investment is finalized.

Providing legal insight to inform product localization and compliance strategy.

Advising on best practices for digital transformation and adoption among law firms and corporate legal teams.

Supporting the design of client onboarding processes that build trust in legal technology.

Helping identify partnerships, channels, and early adopters within Spain's legal community.

We are seeking an individual who combines a strong legal background with a passion for technology and innovation .

8+ years of experience in legal, compliance, or legal operations roles (in-house or consultancy).

~ Proven understanding of contract management systems, digital transformation, or SaaS platforms.

~ Excellent communication skills and ability to bridge legal and technical concepts.

~ Native or fluent Spanish; professional English proficiency.
