Elum Energy is a fast-growing company based in Paris with offices in Morocco, South Africa, U.A.E, India, Singapore, Mexico & Brazil, specialized in monitoring & control solutions for solar power plants. Our technology enables simple and optimized operations of rooftop solar plants or utility-scale ground PV plants, with or without energy storage systems (batteries), and sometimes with existing thermal generation units (diesel generators).

Our key customers include constructors (EPCs) and operators (IPPs) of solar power plants, as well as energy producers such as TOTAL, ENGIE, GreenYellow, SolarCentury, among others.

Our technology is currently installed in over 1000 solar power plants across more than 40 countries, ranging from 100kWp to 100MWp.

Your Mission :

As Sales Manager, you will

  • Develop our business in the C&I segment, primarily targeting EPCs and Distributors operating in solar and storage.
  • Manage strategic utility-scale accounts to expand our Utility product range in Spain and Portugal.
  • Build strong relationships with local OEMs to promote co-selling activities and strategic partnerships.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Educational background : Engineer, Master’s degree, or equivalent.
  • Languages : Native Spanish speaker & fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • At least 3 years of experience in the renewable energy market (PV, BESS, Control systems, SCADA, PPC) as a sales professional in Spain.
  • Strong knowledge of the Iberian renewable energy ecosystem : C&I solar installations, utility projects (PV + BESS), DSO / TSO networks, monitoring, control, EV charging infrastructure (IRVE), etc.
  • Strong business development mindset : autonomous in hunting, lead qualification, and opportunity management.
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools (Hubspot is a plus).
  • Able to develop business plans and provide accurate forecasts.
  • Team player capable of collaborating effectively with procurement, logistics, pre-sales, delivery teams, and project / technical managers.
