Role |

We’re seeking a dynamic, results-driven B2B Sales Executive to help grow our presence in Barcelona by building strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and local businesses. If you are passionate about sales, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to make an impact, this role is for you!

Responsibilities |

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire and retain B2B clients in Barcelona.
  • Identify and target key corporate clients, travel agencies, and relocation companies in need of flexible accommodation solutions.
  • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers, positioning Ukio Apartments as their preferred partner.
  • Understand client needs and present tailored solutions aligned with their business goals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer success teams to optimize offerings and enhance client experience.
  • This role directly impacts Ukio’s growth and expansion in Barcelona.

Requirements |

  • Proven sales experience, especially in B2B, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Interest or background in property, tech, or hospitality sectors is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of engaging with senior executives.
  • Proactive, driven, and capable of taking ownership of your role.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; knowledge of the Barcelona market is essential.
  • Ambitious and eager to contribute to Ukio’s growth.
