The Opportunity
Nutanix is looking for a player coach for commercial territory account managers in Spain . As a Commercial Account Manager, you are responsible for selling Nutanix’s Products and Solutions through Channel Partners and interacting directly with customers in Spain . You will also be working closely with a Sales Engineer on the assigned territory. We are looking for a dynamic hunter who will manage the full sales cycle from cold-calling and prospecting to closing deals while leading a team of Account Executives in a player coach role.
Essential to success in this role is a keen ability to develop new accounts and to penetrate new divisions and organizations within your assigned accounts. Nutanix provides unrivaled support and tools from the Engineering, Marketing, and Product Development departments for you to leverage to exceed sales performance goals. In this position you would be working very closely with the co-founders and VPs and have a large amount of influence on sales team decisions and initiatives.
About the Team
At Nutanix, you will have the opportunity to join our Spain Commercial team, consisting of 5 commercial account managers. You will report to the Country Director within the Spain Commercial team. As part of our hybrid work setup, you will be required to be in the office 1-2 days per week, allowing for a balance between in-person collaboration and remote work. This structure enables flexibility while fostering connection and teamwork within the team.
In this role, there will be local travel requirements involved to meet with clients, partners, and attend various events. This aspect of the job allows for networking opportunities and building strong relationships within the industry and community.

Use relationship management techniques to develop selling opportunities within partner organizations; penetrate new divisions and organizations within assigned partner accounts; develop new selling relationships within assigned partner accounts; develop new direct selling opportunities.
