Project Coordinator

Responsibilities :

• Procurement & Supply : Place orders with suppliers, manage purchase orders, and handle invoice processing.
• Logistics & Inventory : Coordinate all shipping and warehouse activities, track shipments, and inspect goods for quality upon arrival.
• Installation & Customer Handover : Schedule deliveries with installers, oversee final customer delivery, and obtain customer sign-off upon completion.
• Payment Coordination : Confirm project completion to trigger customer invoicing and payment collection.
