Demand Generation Business Analyst (Demand Generation Team)

About Us

We are Semrush, a global tech company developing a platform for digital marketers.

We are hiring for a Demand Generation Business Analyst to join our Demand Generation Team.

Responsibilities

  • Own the creation, maintenance, and optimization of demand generation reports and dashboards.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide insights to improve channel efficiency and pipeline contribution.
  • Refine and operationalize attribution models for multi-touch campaigns.
  • Identify funnel drop-offs, performance gaps, and optimization opportunities across paid and organic channels.
  • Collaborate with demand generation, product marketing, and RevOps teams for unified tracking and measurement.
  • Manage data from platforms like Salesforce, Marketo, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and GA4.
  • Standardize UTM tracking and campaign naming conventions.
  • Support planning with data-driven insights and forecasts.
  • Monitor lead scoring, engagement trends, and buyer journeys.

Candidate Profile

  • 3–6 years of experience in demand generation analytics, marketing operations, or revenue marketing.
  • Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce), MAP (Marketo or HubSpot), and analytics tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels and pipeline metrics.
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills; SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
