Job Description : In this role, you will work as a well-rounded HR professional helping PSI recruit talent, streamline onboarding and training for clinical research professionals, and support all personnel-related matters. You will partner with Country Management and work closely with colleagues and counterparts from other offices worldwide and quickly adjust to a growing company.
Responsibilities :
Prepare job advertisements tailored to the position and advertising media.
Review CVs and credentials for appropriate skills, experience and knowledge.Establish relationships with hiring managers to understand their business and recruitment needs.Maintain a database of applicants and interview outcomes using ATS.TRAINING :Arrange and conduct corporate, procedural, and other training of office / regional staff.
Coordinate training activities between company offices.Liaise with extradepartmental resources and external parties for organizing training.HUMAN RESOURCES :Maintain HR files and work agreements in accordance with local rules and regulations.
Maintain staff attendance logs, coordinate leaves of absence and disability claims.Maintain hiring records, HR databases, staff CVs, training files, evaluation records.Support Country Manager with all HR-related matters.PAYROLL :Verify salary, bonuses and benefits amounts to be payable, ensuring confidentiality of payroll information as needed.
Provide salary check to staff on a monthly basis, ensuring confidentiality of payroll information as needed.Cooperate with external accounting company in order to provide all necessary information for calculation of salaries, tax forms, absence reports.Qualifications :
College or university degree in HR or a related field.Experience in recruitment, training, and other HR activities, preferably in an international company.Knowledge of Spanish employment law and general human resources practices.Full working proficiency in English & Spanish.Industry experience in Clinical Research, Pharma, or Biotech is a plus.PC skills to be able to work with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Communication, presentation and collaboration skills.Ability to work in international environment and build relationships at all levels.Additional Information :
