Location : Malta (Hybrid Work Model)

Job Type : Full-Time

Are you fluent in Norwegian and passionate about providing exceptional customer service? Join our team in beautiful Malta and enjoy a dynamic hybrid work environment!

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in Norwegian, providing timely and accurate support.
  • Assist customers with account-related queries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions to their concerns.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues effectively.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) English proficiency is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn new systems.
  • Must be eligible to work in Malta (work permit / visa sponsorship not provided).
