The Corporation has invested in 56 terminals, including 49 container terminals, all over the world.

For COSCO SHIPPING Lines Spain we are looking for an experienced Export Customer Service Assistant (m / f / d) for our office in Barcelona or Valencia, Spain.

Key Responsibilities :

Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, the key responsibilities include :

  • Advising clients on available departures.
  • Managing bookings.
  • Supporting the Sales, Pricing, and Planning departments.
  • Coordinating with ECD / Supply for transportation management.
  • Controlling required shipping documentation.
  • Assisting clients with Synconhub operations.
  • Resolving load-related issues.
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with KPIs.

Requirements :

  • Proficiency in English (B1 level or higher).
  • An organized, methodical, detail-oriented individual who enjoys teamwork.
  • The position will be onsite at our offices in Barcelona or Valencia.
