Your Responsibilities : Become a part of the international team that acts at the interface between Informational Technology (IT) and Operation Technology (OT) Lead the development of complex end-to-end wireless technology solutions Collaborate closely with global cross-functional teams, project managers, engineers and internal business partners Assess existing IT / OT network infrastructure and new network requirements Create project-specific documents outlining proposed architecture, as well as conduct testing and validation of network implementations Work with operations teams to resolve wireless network issues Introduce innovative approaches and new technologies to the team Your Profile : Academic Degree with a focus on Computer Science / Electrical Engineering / Telecommunications 10+ years of experience in wireless network architecture design, ideally with a focus on IT and OT integration Strong technical background including experience with WiFi, 4G-LTE, 5G and IoT as well as strong knowledge of networking principles, protocols, and technologies, including TCP / IP, VLANs, routing, switching, firewalls and security Experience in bridging the gap between IT and OT, ideally with vendors such as Cisco, PaloAlto, CheckPoint, and global integrators Highly motivated to drive innovation, with a proactive approach to problem-solving Advantageous : project management tools knowledge, agile mindset with a desire to learn Advantageous : knowledge in Software Defined Networks (SDN) and Cloud Networks Advantageous : certifications in the field (e.g. CCNA, CCNP, PMP) Fluent level of English Your Benefits : Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience 23 holidays per year plus 5 readjustments days and 2 cultural days Multiple employee discounts, company's stock options and various team events Remote friendly policy Opportunity to work in global projects and in an innovative, collaborative work environment Be part of an international team with diverse backgrounds Opportunities for individual training and development Assistance with relocation to Madrid
