BE & Partners is proud to represent one of our prestigious global clients , a leading manufacturer in the EV charging industry , in their search for a Business Development Specialist to drive their commercial expansion in Spain .

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven professional to take a leading role in growing the company’s footprint in the Spanish EV infrastructure market — working at the intersection of sustainability, innovation, and mobility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Strategy : Conduct in-depth analysis of the Spanish EV charging market, identifying trends, growth opportunities, and competitive insights.
  • New Business Development : Build and manage a strong pipeline of partnerships with local businesses, municipalities, and energy providers.
  • Client Relationship Management : Cultivate trusted relationships with key stakeholders and deliver tailored EV charging solutions.
  • Sales Execution : Lead the full sales cycle — from prospecting and negotiation to closing and contract management.
  • Product Knowledge : Stay informed on the latest EV charging technologies and confidently present their value to customers.
  • Reporting : Monitor and report on market developments, customer feedback, and sales performance to senior leadership.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development in the EV, renewable energy, or automotive sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of the Spanish market , including key players, regulatory environment, and local trends.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing , or a related field.
  • Proven success in developing and closing new business.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages a plus).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and travel within Spain as needed.
  • Preferred

  • Experience working with municipalities, utility companies, or automotive OEMs .
  • Technical understanding of EV charging solutions and infrastructure .
