We’re looking for a Client Success Manager to join our team in Barcelona and help shape the future of contextual advertising as we continue to expand globally.

Responsibilities
- Design strategies during campaigns to provide “Next Best Action” for clients, leveraging upselling strategies to improve campaign performance, including new products, channels, and audience targeting.
- Initiate and execute client campaigns within agreed timelines and budgets in partnership with the Ad Operations team.
- Respond to client inquiries and coordinate internal responses promptly.
- Track pod retention rate, campaign success metrics (aiming for >
90% KPI attainment), and incremental revenue.
Achieve quarterly incremental revenue goals for key accounts.Ensure clients receive regular campaign performance reports with detailed metrics and insights, as per their preferences (weekly, monthly).Monitor campaign performance regularly and make necessary adjustments in partnership with the Ad Operations team.Keep clients informed of any changes or issues affecting their campaigns promptly and professionally.Conduct post-campaign analysis within one week of completion to identify areas for improvement.Escalate unresolved issues to senior management as necessary, summarizing problems and solutions.Hold regular team meetings with relevant stakeholders to discuss accounts, share updates, and strategize.Utilize internal tools (e.g., Salesforce, Slack, Jira) for efficient communication and task management.Maintain a high customer satisfaction score.Requirements
3+ years of experience in Media, Advertising, or Technology roles related to sales, marketing, or support, including internships.Understanding of key consumer trends in digital advertising, privacy, and programmatic media.Experience executing direct-sold or programmatic advertising campaigns.Basic knowledge of DSP and SSP platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, LiveRamp, etc.Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and insights generation.Strong relationship-building and communication skills.Proven track record of client retention and growth.Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong relationships with key agencies and clients.Organized, adaptable, and resourceful problem-solver.Why Join Seedtag?
