Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead and drive marketing efforts, foster strategic partnerships and drive brand growth in the Iberia (Spain & Portugal) region.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of targeted co-marketing campaigns with channel partners, tailored to local preferences.
• Manage and drive agencies as well as other external partners
• Increase brand awareness and word of mouth, focusing on Channel Marketing, Influencer marketing, Social marketing and Digital marketing
• Collaborate with consumer and digital marketing teams, sales and other cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent and effective implementation of marketing initiatives.
• Work with partners to co‑create marketing plans that align with Cricut’s overall brand and business goals.
• Analyze regional market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities
• Use data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of channel marketing programs and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to the Iberia market.
