Position : German Customer Support Service Representative

Languages Required : Fluent German, Proficient English

What Youll Do :

  • Provide exceptional support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Assist with inquiries, technical issues, and product / service-related questions.
  • Deliver effective and timely resolutions to customer problems while ensuring satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

What Were Looking For :

  • Fluency in German (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in English for internal communication.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Prior experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work effectively both remotely and on-site in Athens.
