Quality Business Solutions Expert (Manufacturing & Supply)

Our Position

The Serialization & Global Traceability Expert supports the Global Solution owner in leading the implementation, routine management, and optimization of serialization solutions that prevent & detect falsified medicines in the market, as well as the Global Traceability solution. This role ensures standardized processes, effective data management, data integrity, and value realization through solution design & implementation, while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations related to serialization of medicines & GxP regulations.

Context : Serialization & Global Traceability

The responsibilities include serialization tasks aimed at preventing & detecting potential falsified medicines across various markets. The role involves identifying products manufactured by Sanofi in a unique way to guarantee their origin and secure usage for patients. Global traceability is a digital solution providing end-to-end traceability (upstream & downstream) of products, from raw materials to finished products.

Solution Design & Test :

  • Support Global Business Solution Owner in delivering user stories / functional specifications in collaboration with Digital teams supporting the defined process.
  • Ensure compliance of the solution through risk-based validation approaches.
  • Build demonstrations of the validation status of the solution.
  • Deliver training materials, SOPs, and job aids to end users.

Solution Implementation :

  • Support the Global Business Solution Owner in deploying the solution effectively.
  • Ensure consistent usage across organizations and adherence to data management rules.
  • Provide adequate support to users.

    • Lifecycle Management & Compliance :

  • Ensure compliance throughout the solution lifecycle.
  • Support the user community through training and engagement.
  • Handle changes, troubleshooting, and incident escalation with digital teams and business partners, liaising with Global System and Process Owners.

    • Process Standardization :

  • Contribute to standardizing processes and ways of working.
  • Coordinate usage consistency across organizations / GBUs aligned with process design and SOPs / job aids.

    • About You

    Experience :

  • 5+ years in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Hands-on experience in serialization.
  • Experience with digital / computerized systems in project mode.

    • Technical Skills :

  • Proven experience in GxP regulated environments.
  • Solid knowledge of computer system requirements & validation.
  • Experience implementing digital solutions in GxP contexts.
  • Strong communication, reporting, and delivery skills.
  • Action & result-oriented with a keen interest in digitalization & data.
  • Troubleshooting & anticipation skills.

    • Soft Skills :

  • Good communication skills.
  • Results-focused, proactive problem-solver.
  • Action-oriented with a focus on customer outcomes.

    • Education : Technical / scientific education, engineering (life sciences).

    Languages : Proficiency in professional English.
