Customer Service Representative Wholesale - Portuguese and Spanish
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for all matters about Wholesale Customers from Portugal and Spain.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- CUSTOMERS ACCOUNTS MAINTENANCE
- Monitor Order Flow : Oversee all orders moving through Wholesale system.
- Guarantee the highest level of Customer Service to our wholesale customers.
- Offer an after-sale service that adds value to the relationship with the customer.
- Management of calls, orders, reorders, store service support, labelling, logistics matters.
- EDI Integration.
- Reporting and sales analysis.
- Refunds and Exchange : Perform any necessary refunds or exchanges in line with company policies and procedures.
- Emails management.
- Research and resolve consumer concerns in a timely and professional manner, within company guidelines and policies.
- AUDIT (SOXX) : Working in line with SOXX policies and procedures.
- OTHER DEPARTMENTS
- Providing support for the Customer Service Department when resources are low.
- GENERAL
- Communication with other departments.
- Ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as requested / assigned by the Customer Service Manager.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Good presentation and numeracy.Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.Good computer skills.Data entry.Accuracy (alpha and numeric).Ability to interpret documents such as customer orders, e-mails, safety rules, policies and procedures, and operating / maintenance instructions.Capacity to work under pressure with peak of high volume of consumer requests.Portuguese and Spanish bilingual and English intermediate.J-18808-Ljbffr
