We are looking for a trusted advisor and a strategic thinker that naturally excels at building strong relationships that includes positive challenge, influence and negotiation skills. The HRBP should demonstrate passion to strategically partner with the global HRBP team, People Team, Finance, and Tech Leaders to drive an innovative and growth mindset culture. This is an HR Business Partner role that will focus on the EMEA region (based in Barcelona) for the Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) organization. This role will balance business unit goals with regional complexities and HR deliverables while skillfully balancing the global strategy and execution to deliver business outcomes and a positive employee experience. As a Human Resources Business Partner you will provide support to the (EPD) organization within the EMEA region. The role will provide support in a manner that is consistent with local laws and best practices and will help shape the future of work through strong partnerships, data analysis, trending issues, assessing root cause analysis and making recommendations to influence positive outcomes. Knowledge, Abilities and Skills : Demonstrable knowledge of planning strategy, organizational development, HR practices, performance management, change management, employee relations, legal compliance, recruiting and one or more HR specialties. Very strong interpersonal, communication, collaborating, advising and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead project teams, set work priorities, analyze performance and retention issues, analyze workforce metrics and data, and make recommendations and implement solutions.Other criteria, including leadership skills, competencies and experiences may take precedence.Staffing exceptions to the above must be approved by the hiring manager’s leader and HR Business Partner.Values : Demonstrates New Relic values on a consistent basisWorking Location / Conditions : Barcelona (Hybrid working) Occasional travel outside of Barcelona may be required.
