Airbus offers more than 70 vacancies for our full-time graduate program in Spain. #Discover I 2026 / 2027 – Starting date 2nd March 2026 until 26th February. We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.

The selection process will take place from October 2025 until February 2026.

Internship Overview

Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future. You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11-month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background. The internship starts early March 2026 and lasts 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40 h / week) with an attractive study grant.

Responsibilities

• Be involved in all the activities developed in the Systems Installation department : Mechanical Systems Installation detailed design, In Service Support, Production support.
• Acquire detailed knowledge of all activities developed in the Airbus Commercial Spain – Mechanical Systems Installation department and general knowledge about all Airbus Products Family (our department works for all aircraft families within Airbus Commercial – Spain perimeter).
• Tools to be used : Google tools and CATIA V5.
