Country Manager Spain

We are seeking a Public Affairs & Lobbying Specialist to join our headquarters in Castellbisbal (Barcelona).

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor and analyze EU policy and regulatory developments relevant to CELSA.
• Develop and defend CELSA's public policy positions by conducting research, preparing files, analyzing information, and drafting position papers, recommendations, speeches, presentations, and briefing notes for internal and external use.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external experts on policy and regulatory issues.
• Establish and maintain regular contact with consultants, political advisers, civil servants, and sectoral associations to keep them informed about policy concerns.
• Organize and participate in meetings, conferences, and seminars with stakeholders.
• Expand and strengthen the network of policy contacts, especially in Brussels and Madrid.
