The Role

The Senior Marketing Manager will partner with Legends Global Iberia clients and key internal stakeholders from both business development and marketing perspectives as we drive business profitability and performance on behalf of our clients and the Company. This multi-faceted role will be a key position within the Legends / ASM Iberia team and consist of a mix of communications, marketing and creative business development support. The successful candidate will collaborate in the development and implementation of strategies to drive revenue growth, enhance market positioning, and optimize commercial performance on behalf of Legends / ASM Iberia clients and the Company. We are looking for a self-starter who is confident in their abilities and able to work effectively while managing multiple priorities. This individual should be highly organized and able to balance strategic problem solving with thoughtful creative thinking. The role based in Madrid will be reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, Iberia.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Strategic Planning : Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns aligned with client and company goals.
• Brand Positioning : Drive Legends / ASM and client brand position across relevant B2B and B2C markets. Deliver and manage a go to market strategy for the brand that is clearly differentiated and in line with Global strategy.
• Brand Management : Oversee the development and execution of client and Legends / ASM brand strategies to enhance market presence and customer loyalty on behalf of clients and Legends / ASM using digital, PR and traditional marketing channels.
• Market Research : Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitor strategies on behalf of clients and Legends / ASM.
• Campaign Management : Plan, recommend and support multi-channel marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives on behalf of clients.
• Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and motivate marketing resources to achieve department, cross functional and organizational goals.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with client and internal Legends / ASM stakeholders to ensure alignment and seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
• Performance Analytics : Measure and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.
