EF English Live’s dynamic Sales Team is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our European team in our sunny Barcelona office. We are part of the WeWork coworking space in the city center (Avinguda Diagonal). As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our Online English courses, playing a key role in developing revenue and increasing student enrollment in our fast-growing EdTech business.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Inbound and outbound calls to potential new customers. (We do not cold-call!)
  • Upselling and renewing current customers.
  • Qualifying leads and turning them into business opportunities.
  • Owning direct sales in the region and achieving KPIs and sales targets.
  • Providing excellent customer service and responding proactively to client queries.
  • Maintaining database and record-keeping activities.
  • Working in an international environment with a young team.

Requirements :

  • 1-2 years minimum sales experience.
  • Outbound call experience.
  • Good level of English.
  • Advanced / native level of Finnish (additional languages such as Swedish, Danish, Norwegian are a plus).
  • Business acumen with negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Target-driven and sales-oriented attitude.
  • Effective and concise communication skills.
  • Cultural awareness and team collaboration skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of KPIs and targets.
  • We offer a hybrid work model : mandatory office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with shifts rotating between 9 AM to 6 PM and 12 PM to 9 PM. Occasional Saturday work is required.
