Context of the Position :
As an Engagement Manager at Nextlane, you will play a pivotal role in driving client relationships and project success. This role demands strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a client-focused mindset.
Your Responsibilities :
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for :
Presales Phase :
Work closely with OEM Sales Team to identify potential leads for new projects. Seek opportunities to upsell products and services
Identify the solutions that Nextlane can propose in collaboration with Product if needed
Nurture relationships with customers
Engagement Phase :
Collect and describe all the elements from the customer to clarify the need and the answer Nextlane can provide.
Design solutions tailored to client needs through a SOW definition
Ensure compliance with company strategy and capacity
Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and client requirements.
Is the link between customer and project manager once the project starts
Customer Needs follow up :
Define and monitor all the leads : progress on SOW / Quotations, SLA, achievement of objectives
What We're Looking For :
Experience :
Languages : Fluent in English (Interview will be conducted in English) and French and Spanish, Swedish can be a nice to have
Communication : Strong written and verbal skills for liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
