We are looking for a self-motivated and dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our team of Product Specialists . Your mission? To provide exceptional technical support , ensuring our clients get the most out of Doofinder’s solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced SaaS environment , developing technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills while collaborating with different business areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to clients, identifying and resolving web-based application issues.
  • Troubleshoot and analyze technical challenges, ensuring efficient solutions.
  • Communicate complex technical topics in a clear and customer-friendly manner.
  • Work closely with internal teams to improve processes and enhance user experience.
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Take initiative, work independently, and contribute to team success.

Required Skills And Experience

  • Ability to communicate fluently in both Spanish and English.
  • A curious, proactive, and hardworking attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical approach.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
  • Integrity, ethical values, and a commitment to excellence.
  • Passion for technology, SaaS, and eCommerce.
  • EU work permit is a must

    Nice to Have :

  • Experience with Elixir, PHP, Java, Python or any other programming language.
  • Experience in technical problem-solving or web technologies.
  • Training in web-based technologies or programming.
  • Languages

  • Fluent in Spanish.
