Platform Manager Automation (PMA)

Are you passionate about marketing automation, technical innovation, and creating impactful campaigns? Join our team as a Platform Manager Automation (PMA) and lead the management and optimization of campaign automation processes in a cutting-edge digital environment.

Your Role

As a PMA, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient operation of marketing campaigns, primarily using Adobe Campaign Classic and other tools within the Adobe Marketing Cloud ecosystem. Your expertise will enable our Our Client to deliver high-quality, data-driven, and precisely executed campaigns.

What You Will Do

  • Build, automate, and optimize campaign workflows aligned with business needs and defined objectives.
  • Ensure end-to-end quality of campaigns, including configuration, measurement, and QA processes.
  • Lead platform automation, document processes, and implement innovations to enhance efficiency.
  • Perform software testing, debug workflows, and integrate APIs to optimize automation tools.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams such as Campaign Support Services and Omnichannel Platform Management .
  • Manage and maintain resources in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and BitBucket.

What We Are Looking For

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in technical studies or business administration with a strong tech background.
  • Experience :
  • 2-3 years working with enterprise marketing automation tools (Adobe Campaign preferred).
  • Knowledge of databases (SQL), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and APIs.
  • Familiarity with CDP platforms, Python, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is a plus.
  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry or tools like Veeva CRM is advantageous.
  • Skills :
  • Excellent project and campaign management skills.
  • Ability to document technical processes, troubleshoot issues, and work collaboratively.
  • Tools : Experience with the Atlassian suite (Confluence, JIRA, BitBucket) is a plus.
  • Languages : Fluency in English.
