About the Role

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-performance, data-driven environment and is eager to optimize and scale Google Ads campaigns for ambitious e-commerce brands.

Own & Scale Campaigns : Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) for online stores.
Unlock Growth Potential : Use data-driven insights to scale campaigns profitably.
Be a Client Partner : Work closely with brands to ensure high ROAS, CPA efficiency, and revenue growth.
Innovate & Optimize : Develop compelling ad copies, refine targeting strategies, and test creative solutions.
Level Up & Share Knowledge : Participate in weekly masterclasses, team strategy sessions, and continuous training.

What’s Required

Google Ads Expertise : 2+ years of experience managing high-budget campaigns (€50,000+ / month).

E-Commerce Experience : Hands-on experience with Google Ads for online stores.

Agency Background : Previous work in a performance marketing agency (strong advantage).

Analytical & Creative Mindset : Strong ability to analyze campaign data and create engaging ad strategies.

Languages : German (Native or C2), English (B2+).
