We are looking for a Cloud Engineer to join our Cloud team.

Role Overview As a Cloud Engineer, you’ll be on charge of Cloud Technologies implementation and configuration. In collaboration with our architects, you’ll code and deploy solutions, and help operate and support the solutions efficiently.

Responsibilities

Accountable for delivering, maintaining, and optimizing Cloud Platforms (AWS) and related infrastructure, network, database, and middleware capabilities.

Design and review Cloud solution designs, understanding their impact on infrastructure and ensuring availability of necessary support.

Monitor, maintain, and support the operational capacity, availability, and performance of the Cloud solutions against SLAs from a level two and level three support perspective.

Deploy new projects in the existing Cloud infrastructure.

Drive engineering discussions with Public Cloud service providers to forecast and right-size long‑term capacity and performance requirements.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in design and engineering roles for systems analysis and infrastructure & network design in web‑scale environments.

Experience with infrastructure & network automation and configuration management tools.

Knowledge of Public Cloud IaaS and PaaS deployment models and technologies.

Network knowledge and management experience in large‑scale datacenter environments.

Highly cross‑functional, able to swap and perform adjacent roles and responsibilities on short notice.

Strong relationship building, persuasion, and collaboration skills that drive effective constructive feedback and support.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distil difficult technical concepts into simple actionable practices.

Experience with automation and IaC (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Jenkins), version control (e.g., Git), CI / CD (e.g., Jenkins, TFS, Travis CI), containers (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift), infrastructure testing (e.g., Serverspec), security (e.g., OWASP ZAP), or test automation (e.g., Selenium, Gatling).
