Introduction

We're seeking a talented Technical Consultant to join our growing team at SymphonyAI Retail in Madrid, Spain. In this role, you'll be instrumental in implementing and supporting our AI-powered retail solutions, working directly with clients to optimize their retail operations.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with excellent communication skills to deliver exceptional customer service and drive successful project outcomes.

Job Description

What You'll Do :

  • Provide technical consulting and implementation support for SymphonyAI Retail solutions
  • Design and develop custom solutions using Oracle databases and PL / SQL
  • Configure and maintain client environments using Linux systems
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions
  • Collaborate with global teams to deliver successful project implementations
  • Create and maintain technical documentation
  • Conduct technical training sessions for clients
  • Support system integrations and data migrations
  • Participate in client meetings and provide technical expertise

What You Need :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years experience working with Oracle databases and PL / SQL
  • Proven experience with Linux operating systems and Bash scripting
  • Knowledge of programming languages (Java or JavaScript preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English
  • Experience in retail or supply chain technology (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent presentation abilities
