Talent Acquisition Specialist @Snibe | Cross-cultural recruitment

Responsibilities :

Cooperate with regional sales and local distributor; improve the satisfaction of end-user.

Responsible for regional technical support (online or on-site), ensure the Maglumi system works properly, and improve the satisfaction of distributor and end-user.

Promote the reagent parameters and improve reagent consumption per analyzer.

Collect Maglumi installation information, establish relationships, and follow up with reference customers.

Provide service training to local engineers and establish relationships with engineers from different distributors, continually guiding and improving their technical skills.

Apply for reagents and spare parts for regional distributors and return the corresponding spare parts in a timely manner, following up on complaints.

Perform other tasks as needed from Snibe.

Minimum Requirements :

At least 1 year of experience in the IVD area, with strong technical skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.

Able to use English as a working language.
