Looking for an exciting role at the forefront of innovation in the Fintech and Payments space?

Provide cutting-edge solutions that enable businesses to streamline their payment processes and enhance financial operations. We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Enterprise Sales Executive to work with enterprise-level clients and drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to acquire new enterprise clients in the payments and Fintech sectors.
  • Own and manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within large enterprise organizations.
  • Present and demonstrate our products and solutions to potential clients, tailoring pitches to address their specific business needs and challenges.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Product, Marketing, and Customer Success) to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and key performance metrics to leadership.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to position our offerings effectively.

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within the payments or Fintech industries.
  • Strong understanding of payments systems, Fintech solutions, and the broader financial technology landscape.
  • Proven track record of success in driving and closing complex sales with large enterprise clients.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage C-suite executives and other key stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-value deals simultaneously and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong business acumen with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
