Descripción del trabajoProven experience in consulting, advisory, corporate strategy roles, or similar fields (2+ years) Strong financial background with excellent quantitative, analytical and problem-solving abilities Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner for diverse audiences Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with experience in creating sophisticated models and presentations Languages : Fluent in Spanish and English (both verbal and written), German is a plus Hybrid model up to 40% working from home 37.5 hours / week with flexible schedule and 29+2 holidays Daily meal allowance Additional Medical Insurance for employee and family Pension fund Access to technical and language learning platforms Free parking spots, charger spots and shuttle bus (only for Las Rozas - Madrid location)

What You Will Do
- Lead and support strategic initiatives across various departments within the Group, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives
- Develop and present high-level strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- Drive the execution of cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment across teams and prioritization of resources
- Conduct detailed financial analyses to support strategic planning, utilizing advanced Excel skills
- Create and deliver impactful presentations for both internal and external audiences using expert PowerPoint skills
