We are looking for a LOGISTICS TECHNICIAN / ORDER COORDINATOR fluent in English and German to join our SCHWIHAG team in Valencia.
Role Objective :
The selected candidate will oversee the end-to-end management of material sales orders, from receipt to delivery and invoicing.
Requirements :
- Over 5 years of experience in similar roles
- Proficient in working with ERP systems (SAP is highly valued)
- High level of English
- High level of German would be highly appreciated
- Previous experience in an international environment
- Reviewing orders and contracts, confirming order acknowledgments, and monitoring inventory to ensure supply readiness
- Experience in international logistics and shipments
- Data entry of orders into the ERP system, preparing shipment documents (delivery notes, packing lists, bills of lading, etc.), and coordinating logistics
- Familiarity with managing long-term projects or orders involving multiple shipments from different global locations
- Coordination of Spanish suppliers
