To support our Customer Care team, we are searching for a Customer Care & Fashion Advisor – US English Late Shift (f / m / d) to be based in our Barcelona office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • You will be part of a team dedicated to supporting our customers in the fast-growing US Market.
  • Advisory and support services for our international premium clients concerning the order process.
  • Answering customer requests (phone calls and e-mails).
  • Providing the best in class customer service based on a fine understanding of the nature of e-commerce business.
  • Continuous improvement of internal processes.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including payment, customs, warehouse, and shipping to troubleshoot product / customer related issues.

The training hours for this position will be Monday-Friday, between 9am-8pm CET, while the position's hours will be Monday-Friday 3pm-12am CET.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Have excellent verbal and written knowledge of US English at native level; additional languages are a plus.
  • Have a first experience in the customer care or any other service-oriented industry.
  • Conscientiousness when dealing with customer data.
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, capacity for teamwork.
  • Proactive, good organizational skills and time management.
  • Experience with ticketing systems preferred.
