Job Summary :

The Tech Lead Software Developer will participate in the analysis and development of our software products in accordance with the system architecture and the requirements. Participate in agile, self-organized, and self-managed teams to deliver a software increment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Participate in each of the SCRUM events of the team (Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, etc.)
  • Analyze and propose technological and functional solutions for User Stories together with the product team. Work on a microservices platform on Azure with Kubernetes.
  • Develop back-end applications with .Net Core. Conduct test automation to ensure product quality.
  • Perform code reviews to ensure code quality through reviews and adherence to best practices. Support the team in resolving complex technical challenges.
  • Guide the technical growth of team members.
  • Develop front-end applications with Angular, RxJS, NgRx.
  • Participate in code / design reviews and continuous improvement.

Profile & Qualifications :

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or technical degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in similar roles, including automation of deployment pipelines.
  • Proficiency in C# (Object-oriented concepts : classes, structs, interfaces... Inheritance and polymorphism, Asynchronous processes)
  • Experience with LinQ, Unit Testing with Moq, Automapper.
  • Knowledge of .NET Core, ADO.NET, SP.NET Web Api, RESTful services.
  • Familiarity with Hexagonal architecture, MediatR, Azure Data Factory.
  • Experience with Microservices on Azure with Kubernetes.
  • Skills in Angular, HTML5, SCSS.
