At Lindt Iberia , we are looking for a Revenue Growth Management Specialist to be a key partner for our Sales stakeholders, providing ongoing support and follow-up on all RGM reports and strategies.
Reporting to the RGM Manager, your responsibilities will include :
- Keep all information and analysis related to key RGM levers up to date, focusing on Pricing, Promotions, Trade Investment Management and Mix Management.
- Implement structured processes and ensure adherence to established strategies.
- Provide regular reports on pricing and promotions during Lindt Iberia's monthly business planning meetings.
- Identify revenue growth opportunities, working with the RGM Manager and Sales Team, focusing on diagnostic analysis and developing cross-functional implementation plans.
- Maintain and update required templates and KPI dashboards in close collaboration with BI, Controlling, and Sales teams.
- Foster effective collaboration to ensure alignment of team objectives with Sales Director and company priorities.
- Train the Sales team on best practices, enabling them to execute their responsibilities effectively and integrate RGM capabilities.
- Ensure alignment and smooth integration of RGM strategy across the Sales Director, Controlling, and all relevant stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a proactive, seamless relationship with BI.
- Share and adopt RGM best practices from other Lindt countries.
Requisitos
Must :
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering (preferred).3+ years of experience in RGM.Proven expertise in RGM, with in-depth knowledge of best practices and the ability to drive them proactively.At least C1 level of English.Nice to have :
Background in BI.Experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.Strong knowledge of Nielsen / IRI, BI / SQL tools.Proficiency in creating reports using Power BI.
