About the Role

We’re looking for an Acquisitions Associate Intern to help us identify and secure new investment opportunities in Valencia’s growing real estate market. You’ll gain hands-on experience in the investment process, working closely with senior team members to evaluate properties, conduct market research, and build strong industry relationships.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for real estate, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude who is eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do

Research and Analysis : Conduct market research and assist in evaluating potential investment opportunities.
Relationship Building : Collaborate with brokers, property owners, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities and secure deals.
Support Acquisitions Process : Work with the team to manage the acquisitions pipeline, from sourcing opportunities to closing transactions.
Market Awareness : Monitor real estate trends and competitor activity to inform decision-making.
On-the-Ground Outreach : Occasionally visit properties and neighborhoods to explore new opportunities.
