Job Description

• Design solutions and influence business requirements, both functional and non-functional, ensuring solutions meet these requirements economically and align with the Office’s IT strategy.
• Streamline business processes, functions, procedures, and workflows, applying a consistent implementation approach.
• Verify the feasibility of developing new business processes and systems.
• Ensure that technical solutions, procedures, and models for solution design and development are current and compliant with standards.
• Provide leadership in constructing and implementing long-term innovative IT solutions.
• Utilize specialist knowledge to analyze market environment trends.
• Develop strategies to implement IT technologies aligned with business needs, considering current platforms, obsolescent equipment, and technological innovations.
• Ensure proper integration of applications within complex environments, meeting user and customer needs.
• Monitor technological developments and establish relationships with relevant communities.
• Lead the integration of diverse concepts for unique solutions through independent thinking and technological awareness.
• Ensure compliance with standards and change control procedures during the integration process to maintain system integrity and reliability.
• Adjust the level of detail based on the target audience.
• Handle complexity by developing standard procedures and architectures supporting cohesive product development and defining system requirements for digital infrastructure.
• Determine system requirements and allocate functions to system elements or infrastructure layers.
• Analyze business processes and information needs to provide optimal information structures.
• Research existing IT processes and solutions to propose innovative improvements, providing reasoned recommendations.
• Evaluate security measures for compliance with information security policies and address breaches as needed.
