  • Creating and executing a sales and marketing strategy, including budget and product pricing.
  • Managing B2B sales and leading a sales team.
  • Leading customer meetings and negotiations in an international context.
  • Executing operative activities such as compiling sales reports and conducting analyses to support sales efforts.
  • Requirements

    • Strong analytical and business-oriented mindset, results-focused with high goal-setting.
    • Desire to learn, develop, and take on new challenges in a competitive and evolving industry.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of asserting oneself when necessary.
    • Passionate about leading and developing a top-level enterprise and driving sales growth.
    • English proficiency of at least C1 level.
    • Availability to work in Tartu at least 3 days per week.
