Key Account Manager for the German market, based in Barcelona.
As a B2B Key Account Manager (KAM) for the German market, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key retail partners and distributors. Your goal will be to drive sales growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and expand our presence in the DACH region.
Manage and develop strong, long-term relationships with key clients in the German market.
Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or related field.
~3-5 years of proven experience as Key Account Manager or Sales Manager, preferably in the gift, lifestyle, or fashion industry.
~ Native or near-native level of German
; fluency in English is mandatory. Spanish is a plus.
~ Analytical mindset with ability to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
