Position : Events Project Manager
Location : Barcelona, Spain

Remuneration : Base salary incentives.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Maintain all project documents organized and up-to-date for easy reference
- Identify and address potential risks to keep projects on track and minimize disruptions
- Define Project Goals with stakeholders to outline project scopes, objectives, and ensure technical feasibility
- Ensure the right resources are available and allocated effectively throughout the project
- Regularly update event project plans and adjust timelines to reflect key work streams
- Act as the primary contact for stakeholders, ensuring project milestones are met
- Maintain an up-to-date project tracker, incorporating feedback and prioritizing new requests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate event logistics, staffing, and summit planning
- Develop internal messages and presentations, collaborating with communications teams to share important updates with the right audiences
